Currently there are 15 Sudanese men serving their vicarages in South Sudan/Sudan for the Ev. Lutheran Church of South Sudan/Sudan and receivng their seminarytraining at the church’s seminary in Yambio, South Sudan, the Concordia Institute for the Holy Ministry, that is celebrating it’s 30th anniversary.
Currently there are two men from South Sudan getting their doctorates at the St. Louis seminary and the Archbishop getting his doctorate at Fort Wayne.
