Our 2020 Snow Tire Conference will once again be in Lansing, but in a new venue: Martin Luther High School. We are confident that our two-day conference will be a time of great learning, fellowship, and collaboration among our principals and directors from across the state.
We have a full agenda (but still have some fun stuff built-in as well). On Thursday we will open with worship and have time for principals and directors to hear and share about pertinent issues pertaining to their unique roles as school leaders. On Friday, Adam Russo will hold two engaging sections, challenging us as educators in the importance and role of failure in a student’s social, emotional, and educational development.
We look forward to a blessed conference where we can encourage one another and grow as leaders of our Lutheran schools in the Michigan District.

Adam Russo
Adam Russo is Chairman and CEO of Edgewood Clinical Services in Naperville, Ill. He works with clients of all ages who face many difficulties, including mood instability, acting out behaviors, adjustment disorders, family conflict, PTSD, legal issues, and social withdrawal.
As a seasoned speaker and author, Adam has presented to hundreds of schools and organizations throughout Chicagoland. His keynote TEDx speech “The Importance of Failure” conveys a different perspective on success. He is also the author of Unwritten Rules: Real Strategies to Parent Your Child into a Successful Adult, available on iBooks and Kindle.
Adam also puts a strong focus on giving back to the community. He is a member of numerous committees that focus on helping kids grow into adaptive and independent adults.
