The new contexts and post-Christendom culture demand missionary thinking and transitions in ourselves and our people that go beyond a change in pastors. Together we explore and discover the barriers and breakthroughs of God’s moving us to see Him at work anew and join Him in the process.

Rev. Peter Alexander has been a passionate intentional interim practitioner and trainer of interim pastors for the past 18 years. Currently serving his 10th interim at Grace, Escondido, Calif., Pete continues to serve on the NALIP training faculty and on the IMC-LCMS Board of Directors. He is well regarded for his counsel and advocacy on behalf of practitioners and judicatories throughout the LCMS. God has blessed him and Diana with four children and four grandchildren along with the joy of theater and travel.
