We are excited about our Higgins Lake Principals Conference at the end of July. Ted Neitzke will be there once again to dazzle us with all sorts of fantastic leadership ideas, and we’ll have our usual fun and fellowship. We look forward to seeing everyone this summer as we get equipped for another fantastic school year!

Mr. Ted Neitzke
Ted Neitzke believes in the power of learning and that everyone is a leader. Ted has served every level in the educational realm, from teacher and coach to superintendent. He is a constant promoter for education and works with legislators to support learning, students, and the future.
Ted is currently the Chief Executive Officer of an education service agency that serves over 100,000 students in south-central Wisconsin. He is a motivational keynote speaker and also the host and creator of “The Smart Thinking Podcast” which is dedicated to supporting leadership in the classroom, the school, the boardroom, and in life by sparking reflection, action, collaboration, and empathy.
