We are excited for our 2022 Early Childhood Conference at St. Lorenz, Frankenmuth. Not only do you get a day of learning, fellowship, worship, and professional growth, but you could also take the late afternoon/evening and visit all the fun shops in Frankenmuth. Just make sure you don’t leave the conference early to shop! You will definitely want to be there all day as Adam Peterson will be the keynote for our time together and will open and close the day with two great sessions. We will also have a variety of sectionals to choose from and, of course, delicious food. We look forward to seeing all of you in August!
A note regarding masks during the COVID-19 pandemic: The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) has provided mask guidance that flexes based on three key COVID-19 phases (response, recovery, and readiness). The Michigan District will follow any mask mandates by the MDHHS, local health departments, or venues that are in place at the time of an event or conference. Masks are generally available at the registration desk. If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of COVID prior to arrival, please stay home.

Adam Peterson
Adam Peterson is an award-winning educator, author, and internationally recognized speaker. After spending more than a decade as a Kindergarten teacher, Adam now uses his knowledge and talents to inspire, educate, and motivate other teachers to create classrooms that encourage creativity, play, and hands-on learning. He is the author of Teach, Play, Learn! and was a featured speaker at TEDxNormal 2019. Adam shared his message of making the world a brighter place through his Make Someone’s Day Yellow talk and his #betheyellow campaign, and is on a constant mission to bring this to schools and communities.
