Rev. Dr. Justin Rossow serves as pastor of Trinity, Arcadia and is the founder of Next Step Press, the Next Step Podcast, and the Next Step Community—ministries that focus on cultivating innovation, collaboration, and delight in the perpetual adventure of following Jesus. Justin is a pastor, author, speaker, and trainer with a Ph.D. in Theology and Culture.

Rev. Brian West
Rev. Brian West has served as overseas missionary in Central Europe, urban house-church planter, worship leader, pastor for Next-Generation, and currently serves as lead pastor at Holy Cross, Jenison. He and Erin, his wife of 24 years, and their two daughters are engaged in living as a messy family on mission as they learn to embrace inefficiency. Brian is also an avid cyclist who loves a good fountain pen and a properly brewed cup of tea.
