Our hope is built on Jesus Christ alone! May this hope drive and compel us to live in our communities daily sharing Jesus’ love with everyone. We praise God in our daily worship for these opportunities!
At this gathering, we will explore basic sound reinforcement concepts used in live worship and community events and review various repertoire and playing techniques within both traditional and contemporary praise band worship.

Mr. Eric Coomer
A native of the Kalamazoo area, Eric serves as Director of Worship Gatherings at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church and School in Oviedo, Florida. In addition to overseeing all music and worship activities, he directs the church orchestra and church choir. He also serves as principal organist and has a passion for leading energetic hymn singing. In addition to his church responsibilities, Eric teaches organ and trumpet students.

Mrs. Amy Duncan
Amy Duncan moved out of the corporate world in 2013 to serve Christ full-time by using her time and talents in her church family at Shepherd of the Lakes, Brighton where she currently serves as a worship leader and the audio-visual director. She also serves as an adjunct professor in worship arts at Concordia University Ann Arbor.

Mr. Dan Reinert
Dan Reinert serves as the Director of Media Technology at St. Lorenz in Frankenmuth. He is blessed with the ability to stay calm under pressure and has learned to quickly troubleshoot problems. These attributes have allowed him to learn much over the years about the use of technology for the enhancement of ministry and worship. He has had the chance to work with many volunteers and fellow church workers to provide meaningful experiences for countless numbers of worshipers.
