It has been asked how the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation would impact Lutherans, the church, and the world. Unfortunately, we live in a time of negativism and pessimism in regards to the church, millennials, politics, and the world in general. Dr. Hunter’s book “Who Broke My Church?” is a real look at our present situation with a desire to turn us back to a “Kingdom Culture”—after all, we are called to serve the King. As President Maier stated regarding this book: “’Who Broke My Church?’ is a must read for church leaders who care about their congregations and desire to be faithful followers of Christ. Here is an undeniable practical and powerful truth that will convict, heal and transform.”

Dr. Hunter says his reason for being on this earth is to help Christians and churches become more effective for the Great Commission, to make disciples of all peoples. He recognizes that America is the third largest mission field in the world, behind China and India. His passion is to come alongside pastors and church leaders to provide encouragement, direction, and focus and to turn challenges into opportunities for mission through the local church.
