Works to develop strong, effective working relationships with congregations, pastors, circuits, and circuit visitors. He is also responsible for assisting with new mission and ministry starts, mission renewal, pastoral transition study (inventory, survey, and pastoral profile), demographic study and counsel, and strategic planning for the Metro East and Metro West Regions.
