You are invited to join us for the CrossPointe Center for the Trades Open House. This free event offers the opportunity to tour a world-class facility and learn more about this exciting venture.
CrossPointe Center for the Trades is a vocational school developed by the Michigan District in partnership with the established Southeast Michigan Construction Academy (SEMCA). Through this partnership, students receive hands-on training in a variety of construction trades—including carpentry, electrical, and HVACR—to prepare for a career of skilled service. Alongside their trade education, students will also grow in their faith through courses that connect Christian theology and daily life, as well as develop essential “soft skills” such as teamwork, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
