You are invited to attend the Pre-Retirement Conference taking place at Holy Cross, Flushing on Saturday, March 2, 2024, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. This conference is intended for all professional church workers and their spouses aged 55 and over as they prepare for their future retirement (whether it be three, five, or ten years down the road) and their next stage of ministry.

Paul Snyder
Paul received his bachelor’s degree from Concordia College—River Forest (now Concordia University Chicago). He began serving Concordia Plans in 1982. In 1998 he became focused on benefit education, helping workers with pre-retirement planning and financial education. Coming from a family of church workers, Paul wants those serving the church to be financially well so they can focus on their ministries.

Amy Klein
Amy Klein joined Concordia Plans in 2023 after serving for 34 years in Lutheran high schools teaching business and personal finance. As a financial educator and an accredited financial counselor, Amy meets regularly with church workers throughout the LCMS to discuss financial wellness and retirement planning. A life-long Lutheran, Amy is a graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin. She and her husband and son enjoy volunteering at their church and traveling around the US.
