Maier reflected upon the Scripture passage in John 11, where Jesus shares with Martha that He IS the Resurrection and the Life. This is not some far off distant promise, but a promise that comes to you daily in God’s own Son, Jesus, who was crucified, died, and was buried, and rose for you.
