Chris Willard is a connector, consultant and communicator and is the co-author of Contagious Generosity, Creating a Culture of Giving in Church. He spent 18 years in para-church ministry leadership with Cru, giving leadership to several national and international initiatives and major donor development. He also served as the executive pastor of Discovery Church in Orlando. During his tenure there, Discovery launched three multi-site venues and experienced a season of unprecedented growth. Chris also is a member of the team of elders at Discovery.

Currently, Chris serves as director of generosity initiatives for Leadership Network and as a senior generosity strategist for Generis. He has consulted with the leaders of many of the largest and most effective churches in America and Europe, helping them to accelerate growth, spiritual health and a culture of generosity, stewardship and giving. Chris was a Massachusetts Honors Scholar at the University of Massachusetts where he earned a BA in History. He also has an MBA from Belhaven College. He and his wife Susan have been married since 1986 and live in Orlando. Since 1999, they have served together as speakers for the FamilyLife Weekend to Remember marriage conference. They are the parents of three young adult children.

Jackie Oesch is the founder and president of CrossConnect Ministries, formerly FullValue Ministries. God speaks through His Word revealing His love for humankind and His desire for all to know Jesus as Lord and Savior. Jackie’s passion is to teach those who do not know Jesus and help connect them to Him through Bible study. She has served on staff of the Pastoral Leadership Institute (PLI), traveled internationally ministering to pastors’ wives, written several Bible studies, and currently uses the CrossConnect studies with a neighborhood Bible study she leads. These studies are available as free downloads on the ministry’s web site. Jackie’s ministries include serving as wife, mother, and grandmother. She lives in Tustin, California, with her husband Norb.

Jo Saxton was born to Nigerian parents and raised in London, Jo has spread her message for the past twenty years across the UK and North America. She has served as a pastor at St. Thomas Church in Sheffield, England, and in a wide range of churches in the United States. In 2009, Jo went to work for 3DM where she continues to serve while writing books, speaking around the world, and planting a church with her husband.

Her message encourages people to engage in missional living and discipleship. It specifically equips women for leadership and influence and inspires all believers to engage the world in the same way God does—by going out rather than just reaching out.

Jo has spoken at colleges, universities, and seminaries. She has authored three books and has two active blogs. Jo loves running, good music, reading, and laughing loudly with family and friends over a great meal. Jo and Chris have two amazing daughters. www.josaxton.com
