As the Director of Mission Strategy, Todd identifies and determines creative solutions to improve the Michigan District’s work toward fulfilling its four objectives, emphasizing the Great Commission and Great Compassion goals. His work includes the development of strategies involving mission activity among ethnic immigrant populations, urban contexts, and international missions.
