Barbara Laughlin Adler

Barbara oversees collections of official historical documents created by the District. She consults with local congregations when they begin a parish archive and also creates and provides guide sheets for parish archivists. If a congregation disbands, she assists the business manager in transferring records of official acts to the Concordia Historical Institute in Saint Louis, Mo.
