Dr. Korey Maas
Korey D. Maas is an associate professor of history at Hillsdale College. Previously he served as a professor of theology at Concordia University Irvine, and as an associate pastor at Resurrection Lutheran Church, Cambridge, England. He and his wife Kate live in Hillsdale, Mich., with their five young children.

Dr. Gregory Seltz
Rev. Dr. Gregory P. Seltz is the Executive Director of the Lutheran Center for Religious Liberty (LCRL) in Washington, D.C. Prior to this position, he served as the Speaker of the Lutheran Hour®. Before that, he served as professor of Theology and Director of the Cross-Cultural Ministry Center at Concordia University in Irvine, Calif.; Executive Director of Life’s Journey Ministries; founding pastor of Church For All Nations in New York City; starter of a mission church in Dallas, Texas; and pastor of a large congregation in Tampa, Fla.
A sought-after speaker, Seltz holds a B.A. from Concordia University Ann Arbor; M.Div., S.T.M., and Ph.D. degrees from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, Mo., and a D.D. from Concordia University Irvine for his urban work in Dallas, New York City, and Los Angeles. He and his wife, Marie Yvette, have one daughter.

District makes Emeriti lodging reservations through April 16. After which Emeriti will be responsible for their own housing reservation.
Compassion Ministry
In support of the Michigan District Great Compassion Ministry, the West Pastors’ Conference will partner with Pregnancy Care Center with their in gathering. Please consider bringing items from the wish list to the conference. There will be boxes at registration for you to place your items.
They are a pro-life Christian organization. After providing free ultrasounds to women, they like to send the mom and dad (if he also shows up) with a goodie bag to let them know they are loved and cared for as well as the baby. To help them keep these bags available, they could use toiletries for men and women. Suggested items are:
- travel size
- lotions
- hand sanitizer
- fragrance
- gum
- toothbrush
- toothpaste
- granola bars
- razors
- or any item that would be a treat and fit in a small bag.
