The Language of Missions is a benefit concert to raise awareness of the rich history and support for mission efforts in the Michigan District. Join us for an inspirational evening of music, poetry, and storytelling with Christian performers Tanner Olson and Blake Flattley on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at St. Luke, Ann Arbor. Listen to the exciting opportunities to share the Gospel that both MOST Ministries and the Michigan District are developing and consider how you might be part of the plan.

Presenters

Mr. Tanner Olson

Tanner Olson is an author, poet, and speaker living in Nashville, Tenn. with his family. The mission of Tanner’s writing is to spread hope and announce love. From classrooms to churches to coffee shops to conferences, Tanner has traveled the country performing poetry, delivering messages of hope, and sharing stories. You can find Tanner’s work at writtentospeak.com and @writtentospeak on Instagram.

Mr. Blake Flattley

Blake Flattley is an accomplished singer-songwriter and the head of 1517 Music. He has toured nationally, recorded several albums including the recent 1517 Music release, Freedom Lessons, and served as a worship arts director for churches in Southern California, Houston, New York City, and Phoenix. Blake and his family currently live in Southern California.

Registration

Online Registration is now closed! Walk-ins are welcome!!!

Cost: $35 per person ($45 at the door)

Doors open at 6:15 p.m., concert begins at 7 p.m., afterglow at 9 p.m.
Seats are pew style and will be first come first served seating.
