The retirement process can be complex, so the Michigan District and the financial education team from Concordia Plans are hosting a pre-retirement workshop for individuals serving in LCMS ministries. Who should attend? Workers enrolled in the Concordia Retirement Plan pension, especially those age 50 or older who are thinking about retirement. Spouses may also attend!

Paul Endorf
Paul Endorf joined Concordia Plans in 2022 as a Financial Educator. He has a B.A. in Secondary Education from Concordia University Nebraska and an M.A. in Educational Administration from UMSL. He taught business classes for 15 years. Using his experience in the classroom along with knowledge of Concordia Plans, he is able to help educate workers to help them improve their overall financial health.
