The Michigan District Board of Directors (BOD) is hosting four listening forums this fall. The Board would like to hear from you regarding (1) what you believe are the biggest challenges in our district right now; (2) what problems your congregation is facing right now; (3) what characteristics you think we need in the next district president; among other things. All church workers (active or retired), convention delegates, lay leaders, and laity are invited to come to one of these four events in preparation for the 2022 Michigan District Convention. In preparation for the 2022 District Convention, the Michigan District Board of Directors will be hosting four listening forums this fall. The Board would like to hear from attendees regarding (1) what you believe are the biggest challenges in our District right now; (2) what problems your congregation is facing right now; (3) what you think we need in the next district president; among other things. These forums are designed for church workers, lay leaders, and laity. Please join us at one of these four convenient locations.

- Saturday, October 2 – St. Michael Lutheran Church; 7211 Oakland Dr, Portage (10 a.m.-12 noon). Continental breakfast included.
- Tuesday, October 5 – Guardian Lutheran Church; 24544 Cherry Hill St; Dearborn (7-9 p.m.) Snacks included.
- Wednesday, October 6 – Zoom Meeting (7-9 p.m.)
