Ted Neitzke will be our keynote speaker, challenging and encouraging us in our leadership as we look at how leaders change the direction and influence others. We have a packed agenda full of fun, fellowship, and professional growth!

Mr. Ted Neitzke
Ted Neitzke believes in the power of learning and that everyone is a leader. Ted has served at every level in the educational realm, from teacher and coach to superintendent. He is a constant promoter for education and works with legislators to support learning, students, and the future.
Ted is currently the Chief Executive Officer of an education service agency that serves over 100,000 students in south-central Wisconsin. He is a motivational keynote speaker and also the host and creator of “The Smart Thinking Podcast” which is dedicated to supporting leadership in the classroom, the school, the boardroom, and in life by sparking reflection, action, collaboration, and empathy.
