Cultural IQ is the level of social and cultural intelligence of a servant leader in the Kingdom of God. It identifies and develops four areas of human engagement so that individuals may effectively interact with the emerging global community with awareness, humility, and a transformed mindset to influence people with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The four areas that will be identified, explained, and assessed are:
- Cultural Quotient
- Cultural Knowledge
- Cultural Strategy
- Cultural Action

Amos Gray has been in the youth care field for more than three decades. As a motivational speaker, he engages young people and adults to achieve their very best for their life and family. He is the founder of High Impact Movement and works with public and private schools, churches, and the juvenile judicial system. He is a role model and mentor for students, in the educational environment, and in the community.
