2026 Michigan District Synod Convention Delegate Housing/Travel Expectations

Please help us determine how big of a room block we need for the Michigan District Delegation. Please give us your best guess at this point. We understand your plans may change.

  • Please select one of the five options listed below. Feel free to leave a comment below if needed.
  • All delegates are required to attend the delegate orientation on July 18 at 1:30pm. Those planning to attend open floor committee meetings should arrive on July 17. Those delegates later assigned to serve on a floor committee will need to arrive early - and we will accommodate that accordingly.
  • Most delegates should be able to return home the afternoon/evening of the last day of convention, July 23.
