Why Donate?
- Charity Motors is one of the only car donation programs in Michigan that guarantees the full Fair Market Value Tax Deduction for your vehicle at the time of donation. Most other car donation programs in Michigan can’t live up to that guarantee.
- Charity Motors will sell your vehicle, at a discount, to someone in need. Your car donation helps those who have struggled to find access to transportation with the freedom of owning a car or truck.
- The proceeds can benefit thousands of charities including the Michigan District, LCMS, which you can designate at the time of donation.
How to Donate
- Visit www.charitymotors.org and follow the three easy steps to donate your car by clicking on “Donate your Car Now” on the right side of the screen.
- Call 1.888.908.CARS to speak with a representative.
At the time of your donation identify the Michigan District, LCMS at 3773 Geddes Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 as your charity of choice and notify our Development Department at 888.225.2111 so that we can anticipate your gift.
Make an Impact
When you donate your car through Charity Motors you will be making a significant impact—someone in need can purchase a car at a discount, and future Michigan District ministry will have funds to plant new mission congregations, provide scholarships to students studying to become Professional Church Workers, and support youth ministry or one of the many other ministries of the District.
